The atmosphere is cosy, unpretentious and deeply welcoming. When the weather is fine, the aperitif drifts onto the panoramic terrace overlooking Lyon: glass in hand, the gaze stretches over the city rooftops and the golden-stone hillsides of the Monts d'Or. It is this gentle way of life, five minutes from Lyon yet already somewhere else, that draws people here from the very first drink of the evening.
